Didn't I just post in someone's thread about how I usually get good CS from Macy's? Well. That'll teach me to sing their praises. I ordered a few things from their sale earlier this week. It was shipped in like 4 or 5 shipments, NBD. I got the 1st shipment today. Packing slip says 2 items are in this box, the rest are separate. There's only 1 item. I call them, explain that I'm missing something, and basically get a "too bad, so sad" because their records show that 2 items were packed in that box. Then she asks if I maybe missed the item. Um, it's a small box. I took everything out, just in case, but there's nothing else in there. Fuckers.
Can I dispute the charge with my CC company? I think I might just do that rather than deal with them again.
Also, they charged my CC 3 times for this 1 order. Disappointed.
