What yarn? How many? What pattern? On a scale of one to Cosby Sweater, how stupid would I look in one?
4 skeins Cascade Heritage solids. It's the Still Light Tunic by Veera Valimaki and judging by the project photos it looks great on a ton of different body types. It goes a lot more quickly than I thought it would.
How long does it take to knit something like that?
I mean how long for someone like you, with mad knitting skills, not someone like me who can't knit a potholder. Maybe if I made all the potholders and knitted them together...

It's so pretty!
It took about a month of working on it and no other projects.
Sock yarn is so much easier on the hands when you use US #5 which is what I had to use to get gauge here.
I'm knitting a DOLL sweater right now, on #5 needles (DK yarn) and it just feels like it's taking FOREVER.
I'm an impatient knitter.
LOL
I was using US 1's last night. But I knit a tiny thing so it only took a couple of hours. My main complaint is that I have to use metal when they're that small b/c knitting with bamboo 1's is like trying to knit with toothpicks. Too bendy.

::shivers:: I don't own needles smaller than a size 3. I keep thinking I should buy a sock set to get DPNs in small sizes, but I can't make myself do it.
I keep thinking we (as in, board people) should share our Ravelry usernames. There are a lot of us knitters/crocheters here, no?
