Went to body pump this morning and reserved a spot in Spin for tomorrow morning with the really tough instructor. Mostly just wanted to leave h here with DS cause it's been a long effing week! Will enjoy my class and post work out starbucks alone tomorrow thank you very much

I'm absolutely not weighing until I can get rid of surgery bloat. I'm pretty sure it's not pretty right now.

It's not as bad as I thought it would be. My chest feels very very tight. I'm having a little more pain today on one side, but nothing a little Vicodin won't take care of. The hardest part is not being able to do things like open water bottles. It's amazing just just how much you use your pecs for everything.

Hi! I'm chiming in if that's okay. I was running really consistently all summer and trimming up and then life happened and I wasn't. I regained 3 or 4 pounds. I decided to sign up for a 5k and redo C25K from the middle. Honestly, I could stand to lose another 20-30 lbs on my tall frame (which is nuts to consider because I've lost 35 already) but I'd be happy to lose 10 more and maintain from there. Right now, I'm trying to 1.) not gain and 2.) keep active through my busy, arctic winter 3.) still enjoy my life.
