It was nice. We needed quiet time as a couple since we only have date night a couple times a year. We did get into a huge fight on the way home over politics though. Actually not really a fight but me yelling at him because he made a comment that upset me. Not my proudest moment.

Hanging in there. Trying to work stuff out with DH but it is hard. Some days are fine but others not so much. At least we at not seeing my inlaws for Thanksgiving so I don't have to deal with all the stress they cause for now. Thanks for asking.

No. And I also feed her homemade formula and don't believe in diapers, I just follow her cues.

No. I have a master's in PR and I did that for 5 years. I hated it. When the economy went to hell and I got laid off, H encouraged me to go back to school for something else. So, I got a second master's in Library and Information Science.

My fave thing about the job is programming - I love planning and executing almost all of the ones I do. I'm lucky to work in place that gives us the freedom and has the finances to do what we want in this area.

My least fave thing is parents, lol. An example: a mom and a 1st grader were in to work on an assignment. The child had to come up things that represent Michigan for each letter of the alphabet. 

Kid: Mom! For O we can use Ojibwas! The Ojibwa tribe!
Mom: No we're using octopus for the Red Wings.
Kid: But that's hockey, not a state thing.
Mom: Go sit down while I type this.

She then did his homework herself.

Yes that was me. I did hear back. She basically said "too bad, so sad." She only offers a 30 day warranty () and I was welcome to buy another ring at full price. I told her that was unacceptable, it had broken twice, and was clearly defective. I asked for more compensation. She never answered me. So it sits broken in my jewelry box

Okish?  His inflammation number is still a little elevated, so they decided to keep him for the full 14 day course of antibiotics.  We should be released on Tuesday.  But starting last night, he started to have low O2 numbers and they had to give him oxygen last night.  At this time they don't think that it is anything to worry about (maybe the probe is shifting and is not giving a good reading), but they are going to follow up w/ the cardiologist to get her thoughts.  It is always something!

ETA:  He is so silly today.  His IV is in his arm and they put a bright yellow sock on it, as it was  scratching his face.  He keeps pulling it up to his face and staring at it, which makes him go cross eyed.  Silly boy!

They are gaining well. We last had them at dr. For flu shots at 7 mos and quickly weighed them then. They had gone from the 4th and 6th% to the 8th. They seem to be gaining more quickly and definitely feel and look bigger. They outgrew 6 mo clothes overnight it seems. We put coconut cream in some of their solid food and it seems to be helping. But they will always be long skinny babies!so long as they maintain their % we are good!
