I crushed my goal at the Philly half this morning! My goal was sub-2 hours (my previous PR from May was 2:02); my secret goal was 1:55. My finish time was 1:50:24. Just as importantly, I felt really good through the race and my splits were even. I'll try to post a race report later, but it was a really fun race with great crowd support!
You did crush it!!! Holy cow! That is some amazing progress. I hope you realize just how awesome it is to beat your goal (and even your super secret goal) by that much. Congratulations.

What training plan did you follow? What did you differently this training cycle than your last halves? I am looking to break the 2 hr barrier and would love some direction.

Wow, congratulations! I'm also interested in what type of training plan you followed. I'm stuck in the 2:05 range and am desperately trying to break two hours.
