My guess is he is bluffing(lying) and that no one wrote anything.
This was my initial reaction/thought as well.
FWIW, I think you did the right thing in sending P with your roommate. You weren't going to let XH take P anyway, so would it have been better to have a big scene in front of him with police officers involved? No.
I'm so sorry this has gotten so twisted and contorted and blow way out of proportion. I really, really hope you can find some resolve soon. ((hugs))

Thank you. It's been a horrible situation. As a mom my first instinct is to protect P. So that's what I did.
I feel like xh and his attorney are using the "taking them to China" tactic where they try to detract attention from the real issue with the details. The real issue is P was exposed to some terrible things under xhs watch and it caused him to lash out. Therefore I'm trying to protect him.
Ditto LHC. And really, what is the letter from the school going to say?
Date A: P had difficulties. Achase and school team intervened with X plan. Date B: P had difficulties. Achase and school team intervened with X plan, plus Y. ad nauseum
Where's his record of addressing these issues? Where has he stepped up and handled the problem? I think the records here will be in your favor, even if you did sneak P off with your roommate that one time.
