I am in need of an eye cream and I can't figure out which to get. I need it for fine lines and dark circles. I am willing to spend some money on it. But at the most 70 dollars.
Right now I'm using Restoresea (it was in my Sample Society box). I have a feeling this jar is going to take me years to finish. It has sort of a whipped consistency, but the smell is a little off to me. Sort of like cucumbers but it has a sour tinge to it. When this one is done I may buy Its Potent. I keep a little sample jar on my vanity table and it's more creamy.

Right now I'm using Kiehl's Avocado eye cream; it's okay. I use it for extra moisturizing though. I don't think it does anything for fine lines or wrinkles.
Look at cosmeticscop.com: she does ratings of facial products, including eye creams, and the reviews will cover whether or not the products target the areas you're after.
i recently started using the ferulic + triple retinol correction eye serum from dr. dennis gross and i will continue to repurchase. it had a great rating on paula's choice beautypedia (i reference this all the time,) it's cruelty-free (must for me,) it's $65, and it is packaged properly. i'm very adamant about no jar packaging because it can really degrade the ingredients.

Origins Plantscriptions Eye Treatment (at night) and Origins Ginseng Eye Cream are my two favorites. The Ginseng cream I use in the morning to combat dark circles and puffiness. Sometimes I use the Plantscriptions under it in the mornings if my skin seems really dry that day.
I just recently discovered under eye primer and have been using the Smashbox hydrating one. I love it! It really smooths out the area and helps make the dark circles way less dark! I had no idea there was such a product and it's pretty fantastic.
I have been using a Paula's Choice moisturizer as an eye cream and it has been working well. I use the skin recovery line because I have very dry skin.
