For Thanksgiving I was asked to bring "some type of corn dish." My family doesn't eat corn on Thanksgiving, so I don't have a clue what to make. Any suggestions?

we make corn casserole with green chile. It's basically frozen corn, creamed corn, a box of cornbread mix, and chopped green chile. Mix it all up and cook.
I always make a corn casserole for Thanksgiving and Christmas meals
Mix together: 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix 1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn (drained) 2 eggs 1 stick of butter (melted) Salt and pepper to taste.
Add 1 cup sour cream at the end. Mix well.
Bake on 350 for about 45 minutes.
I use this same recipe except I don't use any eggs. I bake it for 15 minutes at 325, then sprinkle on about a cup of grated cheddar cheese and finish baking for another 30-40 minutes. I actually double this recipe for Thanksgiving, but I have a big family!
I also use the one that hopenotlost makes, but I use Trader Joe's cornbread mix, it's even yummier (have to use a tiny bit less than the box though). It is a major hit, always gets requested.
