M woke up with a cough again....I swear this is her 3rd cold in like 3 weeks. They are having a big thanksgiving party at her school today and it's the only day she has school this week so I really want to take her.
William spent maybe two hours in his own bed last night. Even in my bed he wouldn't sleep he kept fussing/crying. If he's teething I realllly need that tooth to come through like now.
It's pouring rain. I'm paying the $4 to park at the station today, screw it.
Also I'm hungry. We have no food because yet again I haven't gone grocery shopping. I suck at life
Omg, I was talking to A about dingleberries while wiping his butt this morning. He breaks into song: "dingleberries dingleberries dingle all the waaaayyyy". Bahahahaha
Walk through is at 9:30, closing is at 11 and then we are done! I was going to go back to school to attend a mentoring meeting but I have so much grading to do that I think I will just skip the meeting to get it all done.
I woke up late again this morning. I took an anxiety pill earlier last night, then my sinuses were so bad before bed that I took sinus meds to help with the pain. I was basically in a coma this morning and had the hardest freaking time getting up!
I found $80 when I opened up the laptop this morning. My dad must have left it there for us when he was visiting yesterday. What a nice way to start the day!

laurack No groceries at my house either... I am having fig newtons for breakfast. We both suck. I hope he gets straightened out soon and you get some sleep.
FFMC - I very seriously considered sending Henry to daycare today, even though we suspect he caught Annabelle's pink eye. It has just been one thing after the other in our house, but I did the right thing, and didn't force his germs on all the other innocent kids. But man, I was tempted! My MIL came down, from an hour and a half away, for the forth time in three weeks. She must love us.
I am pretty down this morning, if we can't get well we will skip our Thanksgiving travel. So I guess we would go out to eat just the 4 of us? And the fact it is Monday back to work after missing three days last week, ugh.
I am losing my voice. Noah thinks it is hilarious, he keeps telling me I sound so silly. I also have to be on the phone consistently for my job. so I have to talk from 8-4:15, while losing my voice. this is going to be a fun Monday.
We're waiting at the neurosurgeon's for Em's physical. After she has the physical she has to go get bloodwork. I'm starting to get really, really nervous about the operation and have been up since 4 with a headache.
After the bloodwork I'm going to take Emerson to Barnes & Noble to play with the train table and then to get a milkshake and lunch. I'm looking forward to that part of our day.
Poor E is really sick with a high fever and bad cough. Whenever he has a fever he gets bad nightmares/hallucinations. Last night was a long one.
Oh no, didn't he just get over croup? Or was that H?
That sounds so pitiful .
Yep, he had croup about a week and a half ago, but steroids cleared it up quickly. Then he just had a minor cold for a week, now this. It's going around his preschool. Poor kid. I'm so happy we aren't traveling for thanksgiving!

So many hugs to you. We will all be there right with you holding your hand! What time is the surgery?
Owen is getting a cold. He's coughing, sounds hoarse, and was running a bit of a fever last night. I guess that's what happens when you start at a new daycare, new set of germs.
I think I have a blocked duct. Little miss sleepy head isn't helping much, so I'm going to spend some quality time with my manual pump this morning.

devonpow and &sunahineluv, I desperately want you guys to get healthy! I'm so sorry, how miserable. Big hugs!
kandrze1, I'm praying so hard for you and E. I hope everything goes perfectly and that you can get some peace of mind. So many hugs, I can't imagine the stress. Please vent whenever you need to!
I was up most of the night fighting the urge to vomit. Looks like I got Madison's stomach bug from a few days ago. The extreme water butt started 3 hours ago. I hope this passes soon.
Waiting on my 33 week OB appt. At least my weigh in should be good. Lol
We've been working with Daniel to use "I" rather than "me" or "Daniel" in speech therapy, he's good when prompted but it's not natural for him yet.
This morning we were facetiming with my parents and when we were getting ready to say goodbye I started to prompt with "i" for I love you but I said "i" and he said "I want my poppy to come back right now" it was the sweetest thing ever but so sad because they don't live near us at all. We're lucky they visit often but still sucks he can't see them all the time.
The nurses here suck at using the manual scale. It's like they have no idea. I did not gain 3 pounds in 2 weeks. Don't get me started on their technique using a bp cuff.
Healthy thoughts to everyone in here and so many prayers kandrze1
So, Anna's left eye started crossing last Wed, but it was only a few times a day. Well, not it's almost 50% of the day. We are making an appointment today. I am so worried. What if they can't fix it? I don't want kids to make fun of her
I was born with strabismus and had crossed eyes as a baby and toddler. Many time corrective lenses can correct the issue. I had surgery, and have a normal gaze mostly. There are a lot of great pediatric opthamplogists out there. My best advice to try to get someone who specializes in pediatrics.
Thank you for all the good thoughts. It looks like she'll be having surgery at 9:30 tomorrow morning, but it might be moved up so I have to have her at the hospital at 5:45.

(trigger warning for emets)
We're in the sick crew too! Adeline is on day 5 of a really TERRIBLE cough. It's productive because she also has a lot of snot in her head. So I don't think it's anything other than that. But last night she also had a low-grade fever and she was coughing so hard. I think the cough combined with the snot in her tummy caught her gag reflex and she threw up a few times. It was bright yellow with obvious snot mixed in. We finally got some ibuprofen in her around 5am and she fell asleep around 6. It was such a sound sleep! So I slept from about 6:30-7.
That's it. No naps or rests in between. 6:30-7. I have never operated on this little sleep.
