I was so gung-ho when I first found this board, an then something happened with me, not the board, and I lost sight of my goal, and just stopped everything. I've been a bit embarrassed and stopped come here, even though I know you all will be like, who are you, LOL.
I just felt the need to confess and today is the day I jump back on the wagon.

During the winter I prefer in-door exercise, a few months ago I joined a gym that's a 5-10min walk from my work. So I'm going to start back up and go during my lunch hour 2-3x a week. During the spring and summer I prefer running or walking, so I'm wanting to start the C25K once winter is over.

Don't worry about having a bit of a slump. I am pretty sure no one in the world, much less on this board, has just done exercise perfectly forever. The important thing is getting back into it.

Welcome back! I think it happens to everyone at some point or another. I know I've felt that way. I think just coming here, even to just lurk, helps me to be inspired to get my butt moving again.

Welcome back! It happens to the best of us. This time of year is really hard for me to be motivated. Lack of daylight + cold cruddy weather + being between training seasons = I want to sit my butt on the couch and eat all the junk.
