I've had bad boxes of Black Box and they taste like typical spoiled wines, vinegary and gross. And the color is much darker. Maybe it's just lighter than you're used to.

I've never had the whites, but their Cabernet is really good. I doubt the SB would be bland unless you did somehow get a skunked box. I'd bring it back and ask to try another in its place.

I would return it. I have had it, and while it wasn't a good wine, it did have some flavor to it. It wasn't bland. The flavor wasn't particularly good, but wasn't bland
Maybe. It does kind of remind me of some shitty local wine I had once. It does not taste like sauvignon blanc, and I've had many a cheap sauv blanc in my day. lol
DISAPPOINTED!
Disappointing Sauvignon Blanc is the worst. THE WORST!
liverandonions , the bland wine I had last night was Menage a Trois and it's a blend. It's probably the least exciting menage a trois ever had, lol.
Which one? I usually like the Menage a Trois wines.
I'm not sure. I mean, it was a blend but I think they are all (hence, the name). It was a little too sweet for me and just not enough flavor. I usually drink Malbecs though. I like a really strong flavor.

I've only had the original three (red, pink, white), but I saw there was a new dark red out.
Oh, I do remember the wine person saying it had mostly Zinfandel in it. You'd probably like it, it reminded me of the Vintner's Red at Target. It just wasn't as flavorful as I would have like.
