Somehow I completely missed that my marathon training plan started last week. It's NBD because I did more miles than the plan called for anyway, but I feel like I should have had a more momentous beginning.
F: 2 miles Sat: 21 miles Sun: lots of stairs working on our upstairs floor/furniture + decorating for Christmas All while Wayne's World was playing in the background

Another Saturday, another shitty deadlift workout in my suit. At least I only need a token deadlift to hit the national qualifying total (and I deadlift way better during the meet than in practice with a suit).

Fri - Arc Trainer & Weights Sat - Spin Class Sun - RAN 5 miles!! We did a 3:1 run/walk interval and I felt great!! My marathon training is supposed to start next week, so this is good Planning to shoot for 6-7 on Thursday.
F: Nothing unless I count drunk walking around the area where I went to college hitting our old dive bars with my BFF's. Planned rest day though. Sa: nothing because I forgot to pack my &^%^$#&*& sports bra. Su: See above.
first real fail since I started HM training. Oh well. Sunday AM would have been PERFECT for a run too. I woke up like 2 hours before any of my friends, it was cool but not cold, and I wasn't horribly hungover. But nooooooooo. I did briefly consider rifling through my friend's bag and stealing her bra - but she's like a 32 A and I'm a 36 D and I had a feeling that might get really uncomfortable after a mile or so.
