I think it is pretty good timing. It means you won't be sick for your race! I've been using Airborne but I don't think there is anything that can keep me from the stomach bug going through my house. Damn you germs!
Emergency-C, oranges, fluids, and rest. DD got sick over the weekend and I could feel myself getting sick. I was a slug on Sunday and have been downing as much vitamin C as possible. I am feeling better. Half on Thursday.
