There are a few spots in our floor in high traffic areas where the top coat has worn off. We just got it refinished less than 4 years ago, and I don't want to go through that again, and most of it is in great condition.
Would we be able to touch up the areas that are worn down without it looking ridiculous? Obviously we'd have to get the same type of sealer they used, which was clear, and there's no stain on the wood. Has anyone done this?
Also, I'm going to try and find the receipt, because I think it should last longer than 3.5 years. I don't know what kind of warranty they offer.
