Nope, no real snow yet. But we're scheduled to get a pretty big storm tomorrow. Seriously, it is the worst timing! Starting at like noon tomorrow and snowing through the night. Looks like the 128 belt is in the 2"-5" range, western MA is forecast for 6"-10". Of course, they often seem to overestimate, so hopefully it won't be quite that much. I'm happy my boss is letting me work from home tomorrow, otherwise between the weather and the traffic, I was worried about getting home.
I'm driving to Western MA on Thur, but hopefully they'll have the roads clean by the time I get on the road.

No real snow yet. I can't keep track of the forecasts at this point. My guess is about 2" on the north shore and the 128 belt. And about 4-6" between 128 and 495 (aka my house). I've seen so many guesstimates it's not worth looking anymore. But I'm also not traveling far so I don't care too much.

Last I heard I'm not sure anything inside 128 is sticking to the ground. But that was NPR where I think they send some poor intern outside to hold up a finger and guess the week's forecast.
I live in the boonies north of 495 and we're supposed to go to the ILs on Thursday. I told DH we aren't going if there's feet of snow on the ground. (We'd have to drive south down 93, ILs live near 95/93 north)
He's all "as long as it's not actually snowing, we should go"
Um... Crazy man. Who wants to move back to NH. No.
He might be looking at some delays then. Hopefully not too severe but you never know.
Delays always suck, but even more so when your itinerary already has you traveling 20+ hours and scheduled to arrive at 12:45am local time
Ooh, yikes. Tell your H to pack some snacks and stuff to do. The airport might not be that bad since the coast is only supposed to get rain, but given the high volume for Wed, better to be safe. I'll cross my fingers for safe travel for him!
Shit, DH is flying out on Wednesday too, a little after 4pm :?. I don't think either of us has ever traveled for Thanksgiving before. This could be a bad first experience.
Shit is right. My prediction is a cluster at Logan. I'm so sorry.
It is supposed to start tomorrow, with rain turning to snow.
