I think I've had a few. The last one was two weekends ago. I felt fine and then all of a sudden I felt exhaustion like I'd never felt before. I felt tired and more achy and sick for a few days, but then it went back to normal.
I know I've had a few other times where it felt like a growth spurt and I just felt off for a few days before feeling back to normal.
Hopefully, your symptoms pass quickly too and you can enjoy that trip. I'm jealous! Have fun.

My midwife says it's a thing. I definitely felt like I experienced it, and it was really noticible when I was weighing myself regularly (I'd gain nothing one week and a few lbs the next).
The midwives at the hospital practice evidently didn't think this was a thing though, as they would harass me for "dieting" some visits and for gaining too fast at other visits.

I notice it more in my hunger. I'll go a few days wanting to eat all the things, then some time where I'm not much hungrier than before being pregnant. I assume it's growth spurts!

Yep. I was nauseous weeks 6-13, fine weeks 14-19, and then weeks 20-22 was ravenously hungry and exhausted again. It's tapered off now but I still feel fairly hungry most days and tire easily if I do too much.
I'm finely gaining weight again after dropping 10lbs in first tri, I've regained 7lbs in the last 6 weeks.

I've noticed this. I'll feel fine for days/weeks and then have 3-4 days of feeling tired, achy, & starving. Then back to feeling good. I usually notice a change in how my clothes fit afterward.
