1. Where are you in your journey? - Cycle 22, CD4
2. Are you testing this week? - I'll start OPKs around CD10
3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? - This is our last cycle "naturally" before moving on to additional help. I'm not sure what the RE is thinking, he said we'd reconvene in January if we didn't get pregnant on our own after trying for a few cycles post HSG. Cycle 1 post HSG was a giant bust, so this is round 2. Hopefully we'll have better results.
I'm not sure exactly what the RE has in mind, but he mentioned discussing IUIs, so I'm thinking that's probably where we'll go if this cycle doesn't work out.
4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. - I am a sucker for anything brussel sprouts. This year I'm making a brussel sprout salad: chopped roasted brussel sprouts, cranberries, almonds, blue cheese, roasted red onion, and a dressing of some sort. Should be tasty!
4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe.
Hmm, this is a tough one. I really love the side dishes. I don't really like turkey, but always eat a small piece. One of my favorites is always the sweet potatoes. This year I am making this sweet potato casserole. I am also really excited about an an appetizer I am making this year: Sparkling Cranberry Brie Bites.

1. Where are you in your journey? cycle 13, CD3 2. Are you testing this week? nope, probably start OPKs a week from today 3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? i wasn't even sad this month on CD1. i think i've just accepted that it's not gonna happen naturally for us, which sucks. 4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. i LOOOOVE my grandmother's dressing, but i don't have a recipe. but i am making hashbrown casserole this year, omg so good.
I swap the kraft French onion dip for greek yogurt French onion dip. Then I skip the butter and cornflakes on top and add the French fried onions instead!

1. Where are you in your journey? TTC since Nov. 2013, CD 22, 5 dpo
2. Are you testing this week? Nothing this week, maybe very early next week
3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? I've been having weird super light cramping the last couple days (3 dpo and 4 dpo) which I know is way to early for anything to be happening, plus with DH's semen analysis results I don't have a lot of reasons to feel hopeful, but damn it! I can feel myself getting my hopes up again. Which I know is going to make the letdown suck even more, especially during the holiday season.
4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. We are super traditional at Thanksgiving, probably my favorite is green bean casserole.

1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #2 since Sept 2013. Cycle 6 of IUIs, CD23, 6DPO 2. Are you testing this week? No, but I will next week. We'll be on a cruise, so I won't report back right away. 3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? Well, if I get a BFP, I will get to tell my parents in person! With DS, I told over the phone. If I get a BFN, I will be drinking fruity alcoholic beverages for the last few days of the cruise in an effort to drown my sorrows. 4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. Mashed sweet potatoes! I don't have the recipe by me, but it's from a Cooking Light book I have.
1. Cycle 15, CD 15 (O today I think because of EWCM) 2. Not testing 3. Had sex last night, let's see what happens. 4. I love buttery mashed potatoes, can't get enough.
1. Where are you in your journey? TTCAL Cycle 2 CD 3. Ready to start trying again!
2. Are you testing this week? No need. I will start OPKs next week
3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? I never thought I'd be so happy to see AF! It was almost a week late, and I was getting impatient. We're ready to start trying again.
4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. Mashed potatoes.
1. Cycle 2, CD 24, 4 dpo 2. Probably on Monday at 10dpo, unless CD1 comes sooner. 3. If we're not successful this cycle we need to take a brief break, to avoid conceiving at a time that would mean I will be unable to travel to my brother's wedding in early fall 2015. That kind of sucks, but I don't see a great alternative. It's putting added pressure on this cycle. I think we hit every day from O to O-3, so FX. 4. Man, I'm cutting straight to dessert. Apple pie. Some years I bring it, and I do apple rhubarb, which I like even better. This year I was asked to do pumpkin, which, meh, but I'm doing.
1. Where are you in your journey? It's been a year of trying. I didn't temp this month so I can only guess that I'm 14/15 DPO. 2. Are you testing this week? If my temp doesn't drop I'll be testing on Thursday. (I started temping again just so that I know when to expect AF). 3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.?I would really love to cancel my RE appointment that is scheduled for the 1st. But if I can't, I hope that we can move quickly with the RE since we only have a max of 3 cycles before H leaves for a year. 4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. I love the mashed potatoes and gravy.Since it's just me and H I'll have plenty!
1) TTCAL Cycle 2 CD 27, 7DPO 2) Nope. Sat this cycle out. 3) Nothing new to vent/whine/cry about. 4) For sides it's mashed potatoes. But dessert is where it's at. This year I think we will have more desserts than food since everyone is bringing something. I love pecan pie the most.
1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #2 since March, CD23 and 6DPO.
2. Are you testing this week? Nope! I was thinking of testing the weekend after Thanksgiving, but that may still be early.
3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? Meh. I was on the crazy train last 2ww and told myself to chill, so nada this month.
4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. I love all the Thanksgiving food! My new fave is an appetizer - phyllo dough, dollop of goat cheese, cranberry sauce (has to be homemade!), baked. Yum!
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
1. Where are you in your journey? cycle 13, cd28, 12dpiui #2 2. Are you testing this week? I tested this morning (even after saying I wasn't going to) and BFN. I had some cramping 5-6dpiui and 9dpiui, but nothing since then. not sure when AF is going to make her appearance. 3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? I just wish this would work. we're healthy, numbers are fine... why isn't this working? I really don't want to go to IVF. and I'm debating on taking a break this next cycle while we try to get into a RE. I don't think DH is on the same page with that though. I'm just overall depressed and frustrated. and I'm sick of seeing so many freaking babies every time I leave the house. 4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. my mom's stuffing

1. Where are you in your journey? TTC#2, cycle 2, CD2 2. Are you testing this week? no 3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? hi everyone! 4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. cranberry sauce!
1. Where are you in your journey? Cycle 6, CD 21. I'm guessing 9DPO
2. Are you testing this week? I don't know. Maybe?
3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? Not charting this cycle was nice but also drove me insane b/c I don't know how our timing was.
4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. My family calls it green slimy stuff, it's pistachio pudding powder mixed with cool whip and a can of crushed pineapple. My mom always made it for family holidays growing up and it's not Thanksgiving without it. I love to dip my turkey in it.
4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. My mom's stuffing. It's an old family recipe and SO GOOD. Even better is when the next day, we take the leftovers and fry the heck out of it with butter. I'm always so sad when it's Thanksgiving with the ILs like this year.

1. Where are you in your journey? TTC#2 cycle 4 CD 12, 5th day in a row of just high on CBFM
2. Are you testing this week? Just CBFM - I inky have 3 sticks left so I'll just use them up
3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? Annoyed I haven't had a peak reading yet, but there are at least 5 girls on another board I'm on that got PG without a peak day
4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. Stuffing, I just like to eat it.
1. Where are you in your journey? Cycle 11, CD 12 2. Are you testing this week? No, but I will start OPKs on Friday. 3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? DH has a new job starting Monday so for Dec we have his new company's insurance and in Jan we switch to mine. So we can meet this month to make a plan but need to wait till Jan for any interventions since my insurance covers infertility treatments. Fingers crossed we get pregnant this month and won't need it! 4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. Stuffing I think. No recipes, I have only hosted once:)
1. Where are you in your journey? Cycle 13, CD4 2. Are you testing this week? Not this week 3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? I freaked out this last cycle when I knew it wasn't successful. Trying to relax and regain my strength while with Dh's family this week. Dh has his SA shortly after we get back into town. 4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. Stuffing is my fave
1. Where are you in your journey? 2. Are you testing this week? 3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? 4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe.
1. TTC since Nov. '13, Cycle 2 AL, 5 DPO 2. Nope. Will test before next week Friday though, which is our company holiday open house. I need to know whether to drown myself in work-provided free alcohol. 3. Our timing wasn't the greatest this cycle (O-2 and O+1). I know that's not terrible and there's still a chance, but we strive to at least BD on O day and I'm bummed we didn't make that this cycle. Trying not to beat myself up about it. 4. My grandma's cornbread dish. Not at all healthy but I love it and justify eating it once a year.
1. Started in spring 2013, C 20? I think?, CD2 2. Nope. 3. Scheduled a physical for next month. I am requesting bloodwork and whatever else my GP can do before going to a RE. 4. Stuffing!
2. No. I'm in the 2ww.... which feels like it lasts forever.
3. Just frustration because I thought we had good timing last cycle and it amounted to nothing. So even though we had good timing this cycle I'm really apprehensive.
4. My mom's amazing rolls. Yum. I don't have the recipe so I can't post it.
1. Where are you in your journey? - TTC Since April. TTCAL now
2. Are you testing this week? - Nope. Waiting for my first AF after m/c before we can start again
3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? - I feel like the m/c has been really hitting me this week. I'm dreading the holidays. I did find a new OB/GYN though, and I have a consult next month. A couple of friends use him and they say he is very kind and compassionate. I have a good feeling about him
4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. - My grandmother's stuffing is amazing. And my mom makes mashed potatoes with cream cheese, cream, butter, and sour cream.
1. Where are you in your journey? Cycle 15, CD...? Stopped tracking 2. Are you testing this week? Nope 3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? This is a tough week for me, everyone is so thankful for everything (myself included!) but last year this was the week we decided to start trying. I was sure by now we would be pregnant. I also have to remember though that just because it has been 15 cycles, it has actually been just one calendar year, and sometimes it takes healthy people a little longer than normal, that is all. I am going back and forth between those two emotions. 4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. YOU CAN'T MAKE ME PICK A FAVORITE! I love all thanksgiving sides--in fact I often bypass the turkey for just the sides.

1. Where are you in your journey? TTC since Jan 2012, Cycle 20 TTCAL, CD 21, 5 DPO 2. Are you testing this week? Maybe, although I'm not hopeful I'm also a POAS-aholic 3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? DH & I have both been extremely sick for about a week now and so our timing ended up not being too great but what can you do. Next week when AF comes we'll go for Day 3 bloodwork for me/SA for DH. It's our 2nd time doing this since we're at a new doctor but once we get past all of this, we can get moving on IUI. Yay! 4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. It's so hard to pick one but I love mashed potatoes
I would like to amend mine to include a vent. Who else is expecting to be treated to all the incredibly awkward, awful questions about producing grandchildren?
mskitkat, I made it through one Thanksgiving this weekend with no questions thankfully! I was at the "kids" table though all of us are 21+. It probably helped that there were no kids there. Now, I'm not sure I will be as lucky tomorrow.

1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #1 Cycle 2, CD 23 2. Are you testing this week? Nope, not unless I'm late, but I fully expect AF to show up on Sunday. 3. Any vents, thoughts, etc.? Just trying not to over-think or over-analyze things in general, but against my nature. Good news is that I don't have as many phantoms symptoms making me crazy this month. I'm also distracted as we're considering a move and beginning a house hunt. 4. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? Bonus points for a recipe. Since I'm Canadian, I'm not having a delicious feast this weekend and I'm jealous! YUM! I enjoyed my Thanksgiving last month and my favourite dish is usually my Grandma's stuffing (which we now continue to make years after her passing). Its so good loaded up with gravy. Very simple recipe, if I remember correctly its mashed potatoes, torn up bread, summer savory, onions, celery, salt and pepper and... a bit of broth I think. Delicious
