I'm 5 weeks, 4 days and I'm having bouts of gagging and wretching, but no actual vomiting yet. Mostly I'm just run down, have sore/veiny breasts and am semi-stuffy. I said to H last night that I feel like I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop and to feel super nauseated all the time.

I was pretty sick weeks 5.5 to 7.5 and started feeling better around the 8 week mark. I still get gaggy in the am before I eat a full meal though but not terrible. Hope it isn't too bad for you!
I'm 6w6d now. I started feeling a little queasy early last week, manageable though, and yesterday started actual nausea that persists even after eating.

I was super miserable until I started doing b6 and half a unisom tablet at night. I meant to ask for zofran at my first appointment but never ended up getting it because I learned to manage pretty well with the b6/unisom combo.

I think I started feeling sick here and there around 6 weeks, and more consistently around 8. The worst nausea lasted probably until 11-12 weeks or so? Off and on after that for a couple weeks, nothing really after 15 weeks.
Ok so basically right on target then. Lovely. I don't really remember the last time although it felt like first tri stretched foreverrrrrr but I also had the luxury of being on summer vacation for almost all of it, whereas this time I'm in the classroom and MAN do elementary school kids stink.
I didn't start feeling bad til week 8.
And if you think elementary kids stink... let me introduce you to the world of middle school kids and puberty! I had to leave the classroom on multiple occasions just to stop the gagging.
I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Hopefully it won't last long!
First pregnancy I had horrible m/s which started around 5 weeks. It lasted throughout the first tri. It was a multiples pregnancy though and didn't end well.
This pregnancy - I didn't have any m/s (or any symptoms really at all) which was a total mind fuck at the beginning. The rest of this pregnancy has been rough though which makes up for an easy first tri.
I hope your m/s isn't too bad this go-around! Good luck and congrats again!

Maybe you won't get sick! I had gagging and retching all through first tri, and occasionally through second and even now. But was never nauseated and today was the first time the whole pregnancy I vomited (after brushing my teeth).
I started with nausea at exactly 6 weeks. Gagged and retched a couple of weeks then started vomiting at 8 weeks. Started diclegis at 10 weeks and stopped it at 12.5 weeks. I still throw up once in a while but I'm trying to manage it with frequent meals and such. UGH, it is exhausting.

I had nausea anytime I got the slightest bit hungry (like every HOUR, FFS) from weeks 7-11ish and then it eased up. Never did puke though. Congrats and welcome!

All day nausea for me started right at 6 weeks and lasted till about 9-ish weeks. I had good and bad days till about 13 weeks, and have been feeling mostly good since then.

Welcome! I had some nausea from weeks 6-8 but never actually threw up. I feel pretty lucky, any nausea was gone by second trimester, hopefully it won't return.
I am currently waiting to see if this nausea and majorly heightened sense of smell turns into morning sickness. One student who sits next to me in class smokes. I used to love the smell, but I almost puked on her on Monday. Let's see how I react today ?

Yes! I used to have the worst sense of smell ever, and now I can smell things. I'm not liking it, especially teaching in a middle school!
I'm not really nauseous (knock on wood), but my stomach just feels a little unsettled. I don't have much of an appetite, and for the first time ever, I don't want sweets.
Spin off of this post - when did your "pregnancy nose" really kick in? I'm kind of stuffy right now so I feel like it's not too strong right now, but certain scents (citrus, men's deodorant, and the dead skunk I passed this morning on my drive to work) are crazy powerful. Like a lot of pregnancy symptoms right now, it seems to come and go. When did it really stay for you?

My pregnancy nose actually started before my BFP I just didn't realize it at the time. I've been smelling everything for months. The gagging over smells has gone way down though, still happens occasionally but not as often.
I've always had a very sensitive sense of smell (which is really awesome when you're a nurse... not), so it's just even stronger now. It is also stuffy all the time, but hasn't decreased my sense of smell, unfortunately.

Stick around and good luck!
Thats exactly how mine was too-just a crummy 2 week period and then it was gone. Of course I was freaking out thinking something was wrong. Has it stayed away so far for you? Im only 10 weeks now but have been feeling great for the past few.

Mine started right away and I still have it and while most smells don't make me nauseous I smell EVERYTHING
