Yes, randoms, mostly because I just want to share...
Today I am testing out if it is possible to have too many brownies. Another unit event, with baked goods for DH's unit. I made 10 pans of brownies yesterday (and four loaves of pumpkin bread). They have all been cut up and individually bagged, ready to go. 150 brownies (each pan cut into 15 pieces - they're 9x13 pans)
The event starts in a bit over an hour, although we will be set up a slight distance from the main part of the event. I wonder how long they will last. Or, if I'll end up taking some home...
I have no idea how you hold down a full-time job, travel all over for it, and still find time to bake brownies for all these events. Plus deal with moving and military balls and finding time to knit and who knows what else. I'm exhausted just thinking about it.
Pro tip: brownies
But...in all seriousness, ditto! You are superhuman audette!

Also chiming in to say you are superwoman! Amazing!
As things turn out, maybe 150 brownies is too many - I actually came home with some!
Send some over here! This sounds like a perfect breakfast item to go with my coffee.
Sadly, they don't ship well.
But, we are taking some to the Thanksgiving gathering we are going to tomorrow, and DH suggested we drop the rest off with the guys stuck working the duty desk tomorrow... Someone has to do it, and it kinda sucks to be it for a holiday.

I have to agree. Audette is amazing. Let's not forget she also has time to GBCN and be so thoughtful and supportive of folks here. Plus she makes the best socks ever.

See and again with the super thoughtful and kind. Thank you for taking care of the service men and women who take care of all the rest of us.
