I always have a lot of trouble trying to figure out what to eat during the holidays. It seems like we just look for "filler" foods that tide us over until the big holiday meals. So this week, we spent so much time planning food for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (I LOVE Thanksgiving ), that I forgot to plan food for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
I had a shitty day so I bought some premade chicken enchiladas at trader joes, along with a side salad. Then I said I'm an adult I'll do what I want and ate salted caramel gelato with some of my homemade salted caramel and macaroons.

It must be pizza night. Ds and I had pizza before practice. Now I'm sitting here, 20 minutes before practice is over, and I really want a bottle sized glass of wine.

I haven't really cooked all week...we got BBQ takeout for Monday/Tuesday (pulled pork, green beans, baked beans, and mac and cheese--yum!), and we're doing takeout again today for lunch. I've been craving Buffalo wings like there's no tomorrow, though.
