Definitely. I'd pair it with a jewel toned shoe. Ox blood and a deep purple might also look nice, but I'd definitely look to find emerald. The two contrasting colors will mute each other a bit since they're both dark and warm, but will be visually appealing and youthful and since the dress is a pretty conservative cut it will keep it from straying into dowdy. Plus, jewel tones would look great with your complexion.
