I'm Thankful that I finally had the courage to ask to go to marriage counseling. It's been hard (really hard) and we have good days and bad days but it's helping me realize what I need from my marriage and what H needs. I ultimately feel like we are working towards a stronger relationship.
I'm Thankful that my little brother is healthy and happy after struggling for a year with serious drug addiction.
I'm Thankful for Blb, who brings me overwhelming joy and happiness every day.
I'm Thankful that H wants to decorate for Christmas already. He usually makes us wait until a couple weeks in to December.
I'm Thankful for Blb's daycare who is such a great support.

No particular order...
My husband My children My home My family (meaning my side of the family, haha) My grandparents and the fact that they're still alive and love us and our kids so much My ILs and the fact that they are so involved in our kids' lives (even though they can be a bit much most of the time) My new nephew My health My job
1. My son, who is stinkin adorable. 2. My mom and closest friends who I can talk to about literally anything. 3. My job, benefits, etc. 4. That my separation has gone smoothly and I get along fine with my ex.
My H and our cat Family, despite some of the dysfunction in some parts My 2 best friends who I can tell ANYTHING to and be met with love, acceptance, good advice, and the truth I may not like my job, but I have A job and I am grateful for that! Being able to return to school part time The lower stress of my better desk location Improving health, slowly but surely Being in a financial space where I am able to start helping out others in tough spots Having a roof over my head and food in the kitchen and medicine on the counter
A lot lately. I may be cranky and a complainer, but I've also been more aware lately of all my blessings and what I have compared to many others. Sure, there's shoes all over the house. But there's only 2 of us and compared to so many families across the world, we're so lucky to have multiple pairs for EACH of us depending on need, mood, style, etc!
