SW VA in the Valley - trace to 2". However... it switched to snow earlier than predicted. For now its a super wet snow and isn't sticking to the roads. We're hoping to get out of town this afternoon, but we'll see.

I think a few inches? I have a hard time with the prediction maps, I am close enough to Boston that I tend to fall in the line between 1-3 and 3-6. I'll just wait and see. Keeping the preschoolers home today, but the high schooler went in. It's right up the street. Half day anyway.

1-3 inches, I think. But I might have heard 3-6 at some point, so I think I may want to get gas for the snowblower. I can't decide if I want to cook in my pj's all day or go out now before the rain starts.

MD/PA line- 6-10 depending on source one did say up to 12, but I'm ignoring that one. Changed over about 8. It was just rain when DH left for work before 7, he had an easy commute in, he isn't looking forward to the mess coming home, they close at 2. It's covered the car in the driveway and is sticking to the grill and plants. (Well the dog too) The driveway and road are just wet at the moment,

Is it coming down heavy? I swear, the weather is SO different between work and home.
Philly is getting 2". But I'm in that dreaded "north and west of the city" area and we are supposed to get closer to 6". I'm just glad that I have a mostly full box of wine at home
Ha, this is basically the same forecast for Baltimore and its "north and west" areas. And I'm north and west.

It is starting to come down pretty heavily, big flakes.

We will likely get similar amounts. After three is supposed to be worst snow I guess, but rain getting heavy around ten. I'm heading t the store as soon as I can wrangle the girls and get dressed. So lazy though

And I just heard the woman on channel 5 say it's going to be gone by ... well, either tomorrow or the next day. No snowblower gas for me. PJ's all the way!

Im also in the dreaded "north and west suburbs". Yesterday I was seeing anywhere from 1-9 inches depending on who you choose to believe, though I think by last night most were saying at least 5 where I am.
It's still raining right now, but I have plenty of baking supplies and a bottle of wine my boss gave me for thanksgiving, so I feel very prepared.
I'm about 4 mi. NW of I-95 just before it crosses into NJ. A lot of storms have I-95 as a kind of dividing line- a few miles north or west makes a difference. The first winter I lived in this house, I had 12" and DS's school south of I-95 had a dusting.
I'm seeing 2-4, 4-6, 3-5, 2-4. The EPWA, which was most accuate last year is calling 5-9" with a potential for thundersnow.

Starting to stick with big flakes on the driveway and neighborhood road
