Just curious. I got $300 using the mobile site because the regular site wasn't working. I paid with my Discover card and am wondering if I can place another order with my Target Redcard. Or maybe run to the store and buy $300 there too.
Stupid question, but will they mail you physical cards or just email them to you? I Always get target gc for teachers, but feel weird putting an email printout in their card. There's no way I'm dragging 2 kids to a brick and mortar store on black Friday though.

I haven't received an email confirmation for my first order a couple of hours ago but the charge is pending on my discover card. I just ordered more under DH's account and he got the confirmation email right away. I hope the first one went through.
American Express flagged me for fraud so I had to go to my other card.
If you are getting a bunch at the same value, there are quick scan multipacks back by electronics.
My Target wasn't busy at all. I'm annoyed when I ran through my regular purchase that the pharmacy rewards I used somehow didn't get used. Not worth going back though.

I called and they emailed me the confirmation.
I also just went to the store and bought 3 more gift cards in 3 separate transactions. They're apparently not really tracking or able to track the $300 per household limit. It's one way I'm able to save on our Disney cruise, so I'll take it. I'll buy Disney gift cards at target with the target gift cards. Then pay off the cruise with the Disney cards.

I keep calling Target to confirm, and they pick up the phone but no response then hang up. Oh well...I guess if they don't go through, it wasn't meant to be.
Yep. I did 4 $300 transactions using my credit card, my ATM card (in my maiden name), DH's credit card, and our business PayPal, on each of our iPads and iPhones. I could have kept going but I could not think of ways to spend more at Target. My purchases all went through immediately, I got one gift card for my secretary and the rest as electronic credits for me to use to shop for items that weren't discounted on Black Friday.

This is what I did. I bought 300.00 H bought 300 & my mom bought 300.00. We are going to use them to buy Disney GCs tomorrow & Put them towards our park hoppers for September.

If you have a target red card saved on your online account as a payment method and buy the Disney cards on Target's website using the Target GC as payment, it'll still give you the 5% off. This is according to the disboards. I'll be trying it tomorrow when the Target cards are valid.

I had to stop at Target to make a return around noon and it was almost empty. No wait at Customer Service and several lanes with no wait. I was very surprised.

Oooh good tip! I will give it a shot.
It worked! This morning I ordered a bunch of the $50 Disney cards and paid in full with the Target gift cards, but the site still gave me the 5% Redcard discount.
ETA: it worked out to be a discount of 14.5% on the Disney cards!
