So I just picked up a couple of those things with the compartments for formula.
My question is, can you just put formula in them and leave it there for days/weeks? Like is it as ... ok .. as if it were still in the can? I hope that makes sense haha
I'm wondering how to best transport some formula with me to Ireland without actually bringing a whole can. I have two of those plastic things so that's enough for six bottles. That's probably all I'll need because then when I'm away from him I'll have to pump anyway.
thoughts? because I will mostly be feeding him I don't need a whole can. But should I just bring the can anyway? I know the easiest thing to do would be just to buy formula there, but I know his sleep is going to go to shit when we arrive and I don't want another "variable" like new formula to obsess about when I'm wondering whyyyyy he won't sleep lol
I got these Glad Tupperware from target and the scoop fits right in there. I like this better because I don't have to pre measure because he doesn't always use same size bottles.
I'm not sure how long it actually lasts but I have to refill mine about once a week or so depending on how often he eats while we're out
I'm sure it will the fine. The problem I have with those is they sometimes mix together so the proportions are off. Maybe something like ladybug suggested might be better. If you aren't married to that brand, you could get something like this to throw in your suitcase:
Thanks guys! The packets make sense but if I don't use the formula can I have now I'd have to throw it out due to the silly 30 day rule so I think I have to use that. It's expensive stuff to be throwing out.
I think I will maybe bring the six bottles worth and just bring the scoop to make sure measurement don't get messed up!
