Last minute I decided to order with shutterfly. The color is WAY WAY WAY off. I normally print with a company for photographers and actually had this image printed with them already and I know the color is correct because a) my screen is calibrated b) The company I print with solely works with photographers and it's a big deal to have their screens calibrated.
It did not look like this on shutterfly's site. Should I just send them as is? I'm so sad. At first I was going to let it go but fuck they really did a bad job. It's so yellow. I can't send this can I??
Thanks. I just am wondering if I should call. I mean, this is really off. Maybe I am being really picky? They did an amazing job on our cards last year!
I can see in the comparison for sure but I don't think it would be as obvious without the side by side. I'd call customer service just bc you paid but I would be ok sending them if you need to
Well I just think it screams of yellow and I am afraid people will notice it. It was the first thing my H said when he saw them and he is the least nitpicky person ever

If it bothers you, I'd definitely contact them and see what happens. But, I think it's still really adorable and without the comparison pic I'd not think anything was amiss at all.
I also just realized these cards were printed on something different than I have gotten from them before and I wonder of that's affecting it??? I normally get a smooth card and this is linen like. Hmmmm... I want a smooth card
We have those Jammie's too and are supposed to monogram them on. Monday I like them as you have them
Wonder if pics will look weird plain and mom dad
I like them plain and monogrammed. I actually just threw them in these because the outfits I bought Oliver wasn't digging and wailed in for whatever reason. I think I will have mil monogram these still. I think I would have yours monogrammed simply because yours are already
Depends on how quickly they can get new copies back to you. For the most part I think the difference won't be noticed by the untrained eye and wouldn't be worth my hassle. They look so cute!
I see what you mean, and I would call, but I honestly think they look fine as is. Didn't this happen to someone last year? steph196?? bean47 maybe??
It would bother me the way it's bothering you, and you deserve better, but honestly if I got it in the mail I wouldn't know the difference!
But would you think "man, this is really yellow?"
I am probably being too critical. I realize no one will know anything and I will post on Facebook after they are sent so people will see a better version, lol, but I don't want people to think "man, that was some awful lighting."

I agree that it is SO adorable, and a recipient would only see that, but it's not what you were expected when you placed the order, and as a paying a customer, I think you should call too! I'm glad you decided to!
P.S. I love your children with all my heart. So.cuuuuuuute.

I know when I ordered from minted I clicked a box that said my images had been professionally retouched and I didn't want them to alter them. Maybe they "fixed" the image somehow and in turn messed it up? I'd call for sure and get free cards if nothing else.
