My main problem was just that it was ridiculously predictable. I kept waiting for the twist, because it was obvious to me from the beginning, but I thought surely there must be something else coming. YA books are often hit or miss with me, but I should probably learn to avoid whiney rich kid YA.
ETA: the title is dumb too. What did they really lie about? Honestly, the best part of the book was reading the scathing one-star reviews on goodreads after I finished. Some rather entertaining reviewers hated it even more than I did.
No idea, actually. Really, was the sixth sense factor not completely obvious from about page ten? I can't imagine being shocked by that revelation, even as a teenager.
