I am literally on my flight to San Fran. I am going for work to host an event tomorrow. I just got an email from the West sales director and they are apparently expecting the "storm of the decade" there and she thinks we should postpone the event. Dude its tomorrow and I am alrady o my way. So I might be on a 6 hour flight just for funsies. Also I didn't bring my rain boots. #fail
Ugh, I can't believe they didn't warn you! They've been talking about it on the news here for days, but I didn't even think about it affecting your event.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
I didn't really hear anything about this storm since I live in Boston but clearly someone should have thought about this before my ass got on a plane. I am super annoyed. We have a SF office so I might just end up working there this week but I really don't want to get stuck out there. DH is going to San Diego next week and I would like to see him before he leaves.
scm1011 I love that gif. Mmmm Norman you can call me any time.
preppy That really sucks. I hope that they don't cancel and that your trip is for nothing. At least you can still follow through with your other plans while out there? And crap for CD1.
In other news, I just looked out the window and it's snowing. It's not even winter yet and I am dreading the next few months. Le sigh.

Ew. That sucks. BUT, can you make the best of it and go to china town and get some good food, enjoy san fran and work at the office there for a few days? San Fran is my favorite city and my old stompin' ground

Any suggestions for a place to grab lunch/dinner today? My office is in SOMA. I now have all kinds of free time today since I don't have to host a dinner!

For lunch you should check out The Hall: www.thehallsf.com/#about It is a cafeteria style place with multiple vendors--indian, dim sum, yummy and affordable stuff.
