I just finally let H see my list of names, haha. Even if we decide on one soon, I don't think we will call him that until he's born. Mostly just because I'm so indecisive that I'm afraid I'll change my mind! We also don't plan to tell anyone (at least IRL, might spill it here) for the same reason and also because I don't need unnecessary comments. I know the names I have in mind aren't weird names (they're fairly common/known, spelled correctly, etc) but people always have an opinion. I personally don't care what other people do. If someone is set on a name and wants to refer to their unborn child that way, go for it. Just don't go making them a Facebook profile or anything
We picked out a baby girl name when we were doing IVF and had a couple of names picked for boys. Now that we know it's a girl, I think we are set on the name. I thought I should keep my options open but I don't see the point since we both love the name so much and it's so perfect for her. I've shared the name with my mom and a couple of friends but the rest will find out only after she is born.
Thank you for tagging me! I was reading through the thread and saw this post. CONGRATS ON YOUR GIRL!!!! So cool! I didn't announce because I'm not a frequent poster.
Funny. I was dead-set Team Green. My DH just had to know. We did the MaterniT21 testing and the Doctor that did the sono made and educated guess and told DH (I still didn't want to know). I was convinced by his reaction that it was a girl. Started internet window shopping for all of the little dresses, started designing the nursery in my head, etc. Then I agreed to find out. My DH bought a gender reveal cake and we got my family together and I learned the sex along with my family. WOW! I was so shocked, AND EXCITED!!!! Everyone that knows me is shocked as well as they could only imagine me with a little girl (I like frilly things, spend a lot of time with my nieces, shop for a lot of make-up/hair/clothes).
This is so cool that we are going through this together. I think about you often because our ET were 1 day apart. I hope you're feeling well. I started feeling like my old self last Saturday and am THRILLED. I was getting nervous about my heartburn sticking around for the next 5 months....

Sorry this is a novel!
Aww, that's so sweet. Our nurse just told us over the phone, lol. I finally stopped throwing up but yesterday and today I've had the worst stomach pain from gas and bloat. I'm starting a laxative from tomorrow

Oh no! Gosh, I'm so sorry. Sending good vibes that the vomiting is gone for good. Have you tried Colace? I tried it last week and it worked pretty well. I'm on the road this week, so I left it at home (scared to take anything like that and be stuck in a car with clients). I hope the laxative works in a positive way for you!

The nurse said to take laxatives for a week and then switch to colace after. I hope it works too.

That sounds intense! But, what do I know about laxatives.
All I know is that I took my approved list to my pharmacist and asked him for the most gentlest choice...lol! And I have to say that the Colace actually gave me stomach cramps and I'm a bit scared to try it again.
Let me know which laxative you end up deciding on and if it is "gentle" for you. I am willing to try something else for a better experience.
