How much the hormones would mess with me first trimester--thirst, peeing all.the.time, back pain, everything was wrong with my digestive system--it was just weird that a tiny, tiny little fetus could wreak so much havoc.
Now at the start of my 3rd trimester I have some pelvic pain and I pee more, but I'm mostly fine.

Ahh, the skin tags! I have had a whole bunch of them pop up this pregnancy. So annoying.
I also had restless leg syndrome this pregnancy. But once my blood work revealed my iron was low and I was on a supplement for another week or two it started to go away. so I was really happy to get rid of that annoyance.
I've noticed the last few days that I'm starting to have an increase in gas. And in addition to the ute-stretching cramps, just a dull ache/feeling of a tired muscle.
How you can feel perfectly fine one day then bam wake up feel like you got ran over. Pelvic pain is the worst. Also I knew I would gain weight (duh!) but I didn't realize how much is out of your control and you body does what it needs to do. Oh i didn't expect to have a constant stuffy nose/snore like a freight train! Poor dh lol

The insomnia.
The vision changes! The first time around I thought I was going blind. Apparently this pregnancy is fixing my eyes since they're better than last year!
Extra heart beats followed by a pause before the next beat peeing your pants your hands going numb when you sleep excruciating pain in your butt cpngestion baby brain

Yeah, do the skin tags go away? I have a bunch of tiny ones on my neck, I don't think they're noticeable but I hate them!
I forgot about my hands going numb while I sleep! Glad that is not just happening to me. It was a little disconcerting the first few times it happened.
I have some weird ones I'm curious if other people have these:
1. I have these weird little red spots all over my chest and shoulders and even some on my face. Like broken capillaries. My doc assures me they'll go away, but I don't know. I'll prob be at the dermatologist after birth.
2. My nipples tingle at weird times (I'm in 3rd tri now). I feel like this is a breastfeeding thing (I hope it is, I want to be able to breastfeed) but unsure.
Ditto PPs on the crazy dream and stuffy nose/nosebleeds. Ugh, that's the absolute worst. I am a snot monster, it's so disgusting. I can't wait to feel like I can breathe normally at night.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one, too. I always wake up and think my hand is going to fall off because I have no idea how long I've cut off blood flow to it.
The congestion and sinus pressure is insane some nights. My head feels like it might explode.

They don't go away, but a derm can remove them. I actually got them before pregnancy in my arm pits (pregnancy seemed to stop them? I'm backwards). Anyway, she charged a $100 and could do them all at once. Big ones may require a little numbing shot.
If they are really tiny, you can clip them yourself with nail scissors.

That's another thing that happened all the time before pregnancy to me but has mostly stopped during. I think it must be I changed positions for the better.
I also wish it would be more widely spread that symptoms come and go. I've had good days and bad days. Monday was really bad, then yesterday was perfectly fine but today I'm back to being pretty tired with sore boobs.
I KNOW it's normal, but having good days still freaks me out.

Oh! The tension headaches. I spent weeks in my 2nd tri with headaches I could not shake. Felt like I was wearing a hat of pain! And my BP was spot on perfect, so I know it wasn't that!
