I still need something small for my mom and MIL. I also need to shop for my grandma but I'm not so concerned about that because my mom will help if I don't come up with something.
So far I got MIL a nordic ware 9x13 pan with lid
And got my mom an adorable Christmas ornament off Etsy shaped like Oklahoma. She will LOVE it! I'm probably most excited about this for anyone I have bought for.
So I need $10-$20 gifts for each of them. They are both very practical and want things they can use.
They will both also get framed pics we just had done. My mom knows about them but it will be a surprise for MIL.
One of the things I got my mom is a Grandma's baby brag book. She has a fancy camera that she took classes for, but hasn't gotten to use it much since. I figured this would be incentive for her to use her camera- filling it with pics of baby once it arrives.
I got my mom pajamas (from Costco- $15). I got her a pair last year too and she loves them. I am planning on making her a coffee mug with photos of C and making a photo frame (similar to the one's I made for his nursery)...but I need him to arrive so this can all happen!
For my step mom, I got her a bunch of Bath and Body Works in her favorite scent and am planning to order a Grandparents 1st Christmas ornament.
I got my mom a cake pan with a lid too! I also got her a platter that goes with their dish pattern that she mentioned she wanted when we went shopping once. I got her a sweater and my sister a shirt from Target and a DVD for my sister. I still need something else but I could probably just find something penguin related
luv2rn4fun I wondered about doing Bath and Body Works for MIL. I *think* I remember what scent she likes, but I guess she can always exchange it if I don't get the right one.

I haven't gotten anything for my mom yet, but I think part of her gift is going to be a fun scented lotion/hand cream. We're going to World Market tonight and they have cool stuff there so hopefully something strikes me. The other part of the gift is a combo with my dad, I'm getting them a gift card.
Haven't gotten anything yet for MIL, think we might put together a tea/coffee/hot cocoa package and some chocolate. I feel it's really hard to buy for the parents, they don't want more "stuff" and after 30+ years we've gone through a lot of gift ideas.
I got my niece (the one in college, not the 2 year old) a set of Urban Decay eyeliners that I think she is going to love (I know she uses this brand eyeliner) so I'm excited about that. I actually bought myself a set too since it was a good deal!
My one SIL I got a Sephora perfume sampler that she can exchange for a rollerball. I've given the samplers a bunch in the past (and received one) and they are always a hit.
Other SIL got a nice hand lotion and a glass jar for the house - hard to explain, but it's quirky which is her style. She just moved in to a TH this summer and doesn't have much for it yet.
My 2 year old niece is getting something small, she has approximately 7 million toys, clothes, and anything else you can buy her. So I'm not going to buy her a bunch of stuff just for the sake of buying stuff.
My MIL is getting a kitchen torch, like for creme brulee, and a battery pack/power source thingy to charge up her phone and iPad. Those are what she asked for. I'm also making a wall hanging--i bought a wooden letter, her initial, and am covering it in buttons in her home color scheme.
I'm making one for my mom too, in her colors instead. Mom is also getting a custom koozie and a tshirt. I feel like a crappy daughter with my gifts for her this year but I just couldn't think of anything.
I'm giving my mom a Vera Bradley bag and filling it with stocking stuffer type things. Some of these may sound weird, but they are typical Xmas gifts/stuffers in our family.
Scarf Baby picture frame Dog treats Fancy hand soap and lotion Mascara, hairspray, toothpaste Panties and VS gift card for a new bra
My mom LOVES Oklahoma ;-) she sings out the state song as loud as she can and is always talking about being an Oklahoma girl even though she isn't originally from here. She will flip for the ornament. So glad you girls love it too.

MIL is getting Amazon and Cracker Barrel gift cards, joint gift with FIL.
My mom asked for a Vera Bradley bag that I already bought. Also got her some Williams-Sonoma Gold Touch pans, which I love myself. A desktop calendar with pics of DS (she requests each year). And an address book she requested. They go all out on us, so I'm hoping this is enough. I'm pretty much out of ideas anyway, my parents have what they need and you never know what they might want.
For my mom I am compiling a "tips & toes" kit. It has the burts bees kit by that same name, and then I am including nail polish and jamberry nail wraps.
I was looking at a burts bees kits online just like this so possibly the same one...it looked good and then I read a bunch of reviews that said the products were REALLY small. Have you seen the actual kit? I'm curious if they really are that small. I was thinking of getting this for my mom.

Yes I have received it already. They are all sample sizes except the lip balm which is regular. Do you want me to take a picture beside my hand?
I'm going to the store tonight and will probably pick something up there but if I don't, then yes maybe I'll let you know. Thanks for offering!
MIL is most likely getting a restaurant gift card but that's up to H to go drive out there and get, so who knows.
And unfortunately for them, both of those are kinda joint gifts with my dad and FIL. Sorry not sorry, I can't get into the shopping or holiday mood this year.

I got my mom makeup from Sephora while she was visiting a few weeks ago. That was her gift but I think I'll get some brushes to go with it, so she will have something to open.
MIL is getting a Sephora perfume sampler (prob the one HoneySpider mentioned).
