I'm 19 weeks and have tried EVERYTHING, I swear. Fiber One Oats and Chocolate bars help, if I eat them every day.
Cracklin Oat Bran is my life saver. I eat a bowl every morning and almost always go by mid-afternoon. IME, salty food (Chinese, T Bell, etc) just added to the bloat and discomfort. Go for the Cracklin Oats.
Papa John's pizza. And use plenty of the garlic-butter dipping sauce on your left over crusts.
Burger King onion rings.
Alcohol. I usually have soft stools the day after I've had too much to drink.
Your first 2 only serve to give me the WORST HEARTBURN EVAR. And constipation.
Seriously? That's so strange how it's different for everyone.
I literally had to stop getting onion rings it was so bad. And that butter sauce is such a love/hate for me. Tastes so good. But I am aware with every bite that it is like drinking intestinal lubrication.

Hopefully something has worked for you by now :-)
Old school, orange flavored Metamucil. It works pretty well just on its own (I take a LOT -- like, fill up an 8 ounce glass of (COLD) water, then dump in enough powder that it tastes orangey and sweet -- at least 2 tbsp, maybe more).
But it works even better if you take it every morning. When I was pregnant with DD1 I trained myself to go every morning after taking it, Pavlov-style. I even brought it to the hospital with me, LOL.
My favorite laxative of choice is a trip to Target. Every. Single. Time. I walk in their door, I have to go. Unfortunately, the urge usually doesn't usually hit until I've walked all the way to the back of the store. God how I hate pooping in public restrooms, but sometimes a girl has to do what a girl has to do.

That's how I am with White Castle. But reading your post gave me heartburn flashbacks. I must have PTSD or something.
Milk of magnesia did the trick when I was pregnant. Now pretty much everything, cheese, lettuce, greasy foods, fried foods, Chinese food, etc. I had my gall bladder removed right after I had my youngest son so it all goes right through me.
My husband and I laugh because my craft room (which my husband uses as an office) is in our detached garage. It doesn't have a bathroom and despite me going right before I head up to work on crafts, it never fails 10 minutes later I'm running back to the main house to poop.
No there is not a shit-inducing tea called Smooth Move. WHAT?!!
It is totally real.
It totally works. It actually works too well. I only used it a couple times years ago when I tried the Atkins diet. My cheese/fiber intake ratio was not conducive to regularity. After I drank it, I felt like I was the star in that old SNL commercial for Colon Blow.

What is it with Target? I have this same issue.
Grapes and Colace, with a little Miralax are what help me.
TJ Maxx and Costco are my poop stores. I think Costco gets me only because I want to go in and use the Dyson Airblade hand dryer. I know quesadillas from my local pub gets things moving, especially if I dip it in buffalo sauce. Baby carrots with spinach dip. Make sure it's the refrigerated stuff, like the deli stuff from Safeway.
I have reflux issues because the muscle contractions that empty my stomach aren't as "efficient" as they should be. I was put on Reglan for a while, but had to stop when I started showing side effects. I didn't have any constipation problems when I was on it. Sometimes I miss Reglan.

This is cracking me up, but I'll add mine...
Coffee, Smooth Move tea (gross that it comes in Chocolate, too), things with fake sugar, and the ultimate one Quorn. Quorn is a fungus/mushroom shaped into "chicken" patties that is vegetarian in the frozen foods and a "chicken substitute." It actually tastes like chicken to me, but man, it does a wonder on my guts.

Wait - don't try Quorn since you're pregnant... look at what Google told me...
Makers of Quorn, the Chicken-Flavored Fungus, Sued for Not Disclosing Dangerous Reactions
Vat-Grown Mold Tastes Like Chicken but Makes Some Violently Ill
September 17, 2009
WASHINGTON—An Arizona woman has filed a class action lawsuit accusing Quorn Foods of not disclosing on labels the fact that some people have serious allergic reactions to the main ingredient in its Quorn line of meat substitutes. That ingredient happens to be a fungus—mold, actually—discovered in the 1960s in a British dirt sample. The company grows the fungus in vats and processes it into a fibrous, proteinaceous paste. But more than a thousand people have reported to the Center for Science in the Public Interest that they have suffered adverse reactions, including nausea, violent vomiting, uncontrollable diarrhea, and even life-threatening anaphylactic reactions after eating the patties, cutlets, tenders and other products made with Quorn's fungus....
Any book store (yes, B&N, but Half Price Books works, too), and any discount store. Ross, marshall's, Nordstrom Rack. Tuesday Morning doesn't work for me, though.

About 1/2 a teaspoon of Natural Calm magnesium supplement in water before bed. Got it. From Amazon. Natures vitality or something. Organic. Tastes pretty good too, raspberry lemonade. Don't make plans for the next morning.
