Every 3-4 days usually. More often if we have a lot of messy crafts. The dish towel is really only used for hands, though. I rarely hand wash and DRY the dishes.

The towel I use to dry hands gets changed every other day or so. Inevitably, DD pulls it down and drags it all over the floor. If I need to actually dry a dish, I get a fresh one from the drawer. We also go through a bunch of other towels and rags in the kitchen since we rarely use paper towels. I keep a laundry basket under the sink for used towels.

3 days max, usually 1-2 days. We have wood floors in the kitchen and with dogs and a messy toddler I feel like I'm am washing my hands a lot. Also SAH.

Probably 4-5 times a week. DS rips them down and takes off with them, and I use them to clean up spills, which happen almost daily. So, the dish towels are in constant rotation around here.
I go through tons of kitchen towels per day. Apparently I am not the norm!!! But I use them to wipe counters, wipe the kids faces, hands, spills, etc etc, rather than paper towels, so they turnover constantly. Plus, towels left wet around here tend to smell mildew-y, so I wash a load of towels every day or two.
My bathroom hand towel - now that only gets swapped out maybe 1/week; so maybe that's more how most of the other posters are using their towels...
Usually I go through 1-3 PER DAY...lol. I use them to wipe up spills which happen a lot between the kids & ice coming out if the ice maker & left to melt on the floor. Also to dry the counters. I use paper towels too for the stove, kids, etc. It's messy around here.

We usually end up using a few a day. DD likes to grab them off the stove. Sometimes we will make it through the day using the same towel, but I rarely have to change out a towel because it is too old.
