Congrats! How did you negotiate like a rockstar???!?
I got a verbal offer on Friday (SQUEEEE!) with the details coming early next week. I think that salary wise they'll come in right about where I am now, or maybe just a little above. However, like you, current company awards 20 PTO/Sick days while new company offers 2 weeks of vacation + sick time that you accrue up to 1 week/year. So I'd be taking a hit when it comes to the vacation... Also my bonus potential at my current place is a bit higher than the new place and I'd be foregoing a significant payout if I leave before the end of the year...What tips have you got for me?? :-)

You've just got to find the places where their offer isn't competitive with what you get today and tell them about it, plus make the case for why this job should also be a step up in salary (more responsibilities?). No need to mention areas where new offer is better than your current one.
Once you get a salary offer, ask for all the paperwork on vacation, health insurance, retirement, etc. (or maybe you have it already). In my case, my share of the premiums was slightly higher (by a few dollars--but I just said "higher") so that was cause to negotiate some more salary.
For vacation, I just didn't specify that my current deal is PTO/Sick. I called that 20 days of vacation, and they matched that--and of course the sick time is on top. It helped that their documentation showed that they already give 20 days after 3 years, so I just argued to get bumped into that group to start.
