This past weekend, I made sandwiches with it. They were delicious.

Croissant + turkey + cranberry goat cheese + a tiny bit of dijon mustard

Toast some baguette slices. Spread cheese. Eat.

If your really want to do something with it, toy can use in or on some stuffing (think stuffed mushrooms or something like that).

But really, just eat it, and enjoy it.

I also like goat cheese over hot penne pasta. It melts just enough to make it a bit saucy. I am going to Costco tomorrow and will be looking for this.

Mac and cheese - fancy style

I'd probably try stuffing a chicken breast with it....

Cut a slit in a boneless, skinless chicken breast, stuff goat cheese in, toothpick together. Saute chicken until done.
