Same thing happened to me after I had my kids. It's been 8 and 5 years since I've had my kids and the red wine headache has only gotten worse over time. An allergy pill before drinking red wine solves the problem.
I developed all kinds of non-food allergies right after my oldest was born. I've never been quite sure but I always suspected it was related to pregnancy.

My tolerance is next to none, and I considered myself a heavy drinker before getting pregnant. Maybe that also has to do with the fact that I have to get up super early too.

Hmmm I will try this. A friend gave me a bottle of Syrah and I'd hate to not be able to drink it.
It's possible it's a sulfite issue. You could look for sulfite-free reds at your local store or wine shop. White wine has sulfites too, but generally less than red.
I haven't had wine yet. I will cry real tears if red wine is ruined!
I had a glass of wine in the hospital.
I've been mostly having beer since I can use the milk supply help. But today I have to be at work for a while, and then we're hosting a meal for 6 because my ILs invited themselves over. So methinks today will be the day I crack into my wine stash.

Uh oh. After I had N I developed a legit allergy to red wine - one sip and I'm puking an hour later. It's the SUCK. But I am fine with white wine, beer, tequila.

I'm going to be the jerk and say that wine has gotten tastier since having my kids. :/ Maybe it's just that they are driving me to drink and thus I have acquired more of a taste? Lol
I will say though that the headache thing did happen to me and it has since subsided. So there is hope, I guess?

This is why I've been drinking ciders
Lol I did that for a while until I realized it's yeast and hops in beer that are supposed to help -- and cider has neither! Haha
