I'm 5'9" and my H is 6'6" and we both are comfortable pushing it. It's great to keep in the car & have for travel. We took it to Disney this last fall. I hang the diaper bag on the back (and flip it over to keep the stroller from tipping when baby gets out.) It's not great on grass/rugged terrain, but that's almost impossible to find in an inexpensive umbrella stroller.

I bought the Gracie breeze and I love it. I can still snap the infant seat into it, it reclines almost flat, good sunshade, I'm 5'9 and the handles are perfect.

While it's not exactly cheap, I love my uppababy g lite. I think it was around $100. I love how it stands up by itself after you fold it and has a carry strap. I wish the basket was just a hair bigger but it's still a pretty good size.
Walmart and Target have $25 cheap umbrella strollers.
As does Kmart. We were in vacation and didn't want to have our big stroller on crowded streets. They only have a Kmart there. It cost us $20 bucks 2.5 years ago and it last till we threw it out when we moved because it had just broken. We used it often too.
