Normally I'm a meat/poultry eater but when I go there I get a bowl, I get the rice with the green stuff in it, the onions/peppers/, beans, sour cream, cheese. I've added meat or chicken different times but really prefer it without. H really likes their tacos but hates their burritos.
Ditto, everything. The only things I don't like are the hot salsa (too hot for me) and actual burritos, as I find them too messy to eat and you don't have enough control over ingredient distribution. A big bite of onion is no fun. Bowls are my favorite, followed by crunchy tacos, although I only get those when we're eating there because the juice tends to soak through the shells on the ride home.
This is my standard order: Bowl with brown rice, fajita veggies, black beans, steak, mild and corn salsas, cheese and lettuce. I get sour cream as a side because they put too much on, even when you ask for only a little. Plus then you can dip your chips in it. Oh, we also get a side of chips and guac most of the time.
ETA: I also sometimes get a salad, which for me only involves replacing the rice with lettuce and keeping everything else the same, but I wouldn't recommend that for you today. Go big for your first time.

I have them out the shells in tinfoil and the filling in one of the bowl containers so they stay crunchy (and you get more to use with chips to make nachos next meal)

That's work, though. lol. No but it is a good idea. I usually just scoop my bowl with chips when I'm in the mood for something crunchy, but the rice gets in the way.

Now I want chipotle- thanks OP!!
My order: Chicken burrito w/ brown rice (1/2 usual amt), black beans, corn salsa AND medium salsa (yum- try it, those who think too bland!), a bit of cheese, lettuce, & sour cream. You'll prob wanna add guacamole; I'm just not a fan Chips & medium salsa (that I usually split btw 2 or 3 of us) YUM!!!!! Enjoy!!
Everything except the Barbacoa. The Barbacoa is gross.
The barbacoa is the best thing there!
I get soft tacos and make mini burritos out of them because they are easier to eat. Black beans, brown rice, barbacoa on two and one veggie - so I can redistribute the free guacamole.
My standard order: Barbacoa bowl or veggie bowl, white rice, black beans, add fajita veggies with the Barbacoa (otherwise included with the veggie version), pico, corn salsa, sour cream, guac.
Tacos, burritos, and quesadillas are all great as well. The quesadillas aren't on the menu but I get steak and black bean ones sometimes.
