Old Navy is ruining my Christmas

I ordered DH's sweater on the 16th and they ensured delivery by Christmas (it still says so on their website). UPS just rescheduled the delivery for the 30th. 

What do I do? Contact ON? UPS?

I would contact ON and demand a refund. In the meantime, is there an ON store you could try? If that doesn't pan out, print a picture of the sweater and give it to your Hubbie in a fancy envelope for Xmas. That's what I'm doing with my dad's gift, which doesn't arrive until the 29th.
