This was an incredibly busy year for my organization and we already know that next year will be a little quieter (in a good way!) With that in mind, my boss wants each of us in our department to think about our 2015 personal and/or professional goals, the things we want to prioritize next year.
What are you hoping to focus on or accomplish next year?

-Get through the basement and get rid of a bunch of stuff we don't need (selling and donating). -Save as much possible for a DP for a house. -Lose the last 15 lbs that I want to lose, which means I need to get back into going to the gym consistently.
--Create and actually stick to a budget. --Get rid of CC debt once and for all. --Build e-fund back to three months (at about one now). --Get through the first few months of parenthood without killing each other (I am not pleasant when I'm sleep-deprived). --Try to be more social.
Survive the move back to the US. Save up monies. Help DH figure out what he wants to do post-military. Convince my employer I should go back to full time hours. Prepare for life post-military. (as things stand, it looks like DH _might_ be getting out in 2016)

-Lose about 30 pounds -Pay off my student loans (just a few more months to go!) -Buy a house -Sort through, purge, and organize as much stuff as possible in our apartment and keep it that way
Lose the 20-30 lbs I gained when I took my job over 2 years ago. Pay off our car early and start to pay off my student loans at a faster rate
Professional:
Get my promotion that my boss has set as a carrot for me Do well in the new role. I'm basically creating the role so it's a little scary to just constantly create things and see if they work.
A lot of little things, some traveling, more exploring of my city, business goals, pay off the car, get some stamps on my passport, and more learning. I want to take some classes in 2015....
Should be a great year. Very excited to continue building my life. It's becoming everything I've wanted and more.

- Run a marathon - Keep the house more organized - Finish up the long list of small things to do around the house - Finish paying off SL's and car loans - Go to California - Start TTC
My biggest one is finding a job and/or figuring out what's next with my career. I am really considering going back to school, but I'm still a little (lot) scared about what that means financially so I'm not positive that's a good move. Either way, I need to find something that pays more soon.
If I can find something that pays enough, I want to: - pay off my CC - make extra payments on and/or pay off my car (not sure if that's feasible unless I get a big raise)
I also really need to get my weight in check. I want to start exercising again but I really need to clean up my diet more than anything. I want to lose like 60lbs but realistically I'm not going to try to focus on that right now. I just need to start losing 5lbs and then another 5lbs and so on.
Personally: - pay of car #1 which we owe $2900 - pay off student loan which is approximately $9000. We paid about that much last year with our tax refund. - save money for a DP on a bigger house with baby #2 coming, since we currently own a 2 bedroom
Professional: - going to SAH in August when #2 arrives. It looks like DH is on pace to replace all of my salary with retroactive raise that kicked in last week and upcoming raise in July.
Personal: get pregnant, and pay off another student loan or a couple. I'm also serving my first term on the board of my tri club starting in Jan, but I already won that election. Professional: Nothing major. Just keep staying the course.
Personal: Survive baby's first year Finish basement Finish landscaping outside Run second half marathon
Professional: Excel in new position and stop felting like such an imposter. I think everyone believes in me way more than I believe in myself and I need to prove to myself that I am comfortable in this new role.
Personally - Get my efund back up where it belongs. Pay down my CC by a set amount Move, sigh. Eat sugar only one day per week. Add a fruit or veggie to every meal. No fast food, I've fallen off this wagon since my divorce.
Professionally - Settle into my new job Come up with a show back report. Learn more about the services we offer so I can better help people when they call in.
Personally: Tone this baby belly Clean the office and organize it as an office Clean the unfinished space in the cellar and fix the closets down there to take advantage of our storage
Professionally Get my resume in order and start job hunting.
- New job - Lose weight - Look seriously into buying an apartment, though actually buying will likely be 2016. Our rent is ridiculous, and next year will pass a threshold that will make me , so I think it is time to buy.
Personal Start the divorce process Get into individual therapy Continue attending Alanon and get a sponsor Continue attending meetup events weekly Reach out to old friends and make new friends Get my emotional eating under control Exercise on a regular basis Settle into the new normal of single parenthood
Money Save every penny possible Talk to a college advisor about going back to school Figure out what I want to be when I grow up
-eat better, less junk -manage my stress and overwhelmed feelings with regards to FIL situation/sell rentals, property repairs, estate sale/sell car -edit my nanowrimo novel from 2014 and perhaps self publish -win at nanowrimo 2015 -more exercise and sex -plan some great weekend travel and major trips for 2016

- Adjust to motherhood / find my new normal / make that new normal something I love - Kick ass at work as a part-time employee - Deal with all the peeling paint hazards in our home before the baby is mobile - Go on a trip with the baby - Go on a trip without the baby - Get back to my pre-pregnancy weight - Get/keep the front yard in a state where I'm not embarrassed about it - Keep BFing - Hit next major net worth milestone

--less drinking --lose five more pounds and maintain. Need WWers for this so I can't stop going --practice self care --budget so we rebuild efund, travel fund and home remodel fund --continue to exercise five days a week at least an hour
Personal: - get through our move overseas with minimal stress - get pregnant - buy a semi-large apartment building as an investment to add to our portfolio
Professional: - escape my disgusting boss who developed some sort of weird crush on me and creeps me out - get a decent performance review despite the issue above (I've made it clear where I stand on his crush and things are tense at work now)
- Move to Chicago, hopefully in the first few months of the year. - Find a part-time or consulting job in Chicago. - Be a better housekeeper. Cook more meals at home and eat out less. - Try to spend more time doing things together and less time on the internet. - Give birth. - Visit my grandmother more often. - Spend less money. Keep a budget.
