Have you ever read the book, though? Terrible. One of the few cases where the book is worse than the movie.

Tom Hanks can do no wrong in my eyes. He's amazing in Forrest Gump. The whole cast!

We used to listen to the soundtrack on cassette on road trips - still one of my favorites!!

My first movie ugly cry was when all Jenny's letters were returned to him in the damned army field hospital.  He was fine and eating ice cream....and I was bawling my eyes out.  I HATED her.
