What to get an 18 yr old girl?

My brothers best girl friend got me the cutest gift and to be honest I completely forgot about her when Xmas shopping.

She's not overly girly, so my go to gifts won't work. She's not really a Tom boy either, but really into music and pro football. I'm at a loss for gift ideas.
