I don't usually make them, but I do have a couple this year. they're actually on-going changes that I started a couple months ago. DH knows and has been helping me with them.
1. be a more thoughtful, kind friend. send letters, gifts, "just thinking of you" texts, etc. AND without expecting reciprocation. I'm horrible at keeping up friendships.
2. be better socially, as in, in social situations, especially parties or dinners out with couples/friends. be better at listening, asking questions, acting/being interested, instead of trying to make my opinion known.
I almost never write them down, but every year they are mostly the same, just stuff I have to always be mindful of: eating better, getting exercise, reducing anxiety.
