I use Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and then a regular spicier BBQ sauce-equal parts, a tablespoon grape jelly per jar of BBQ sauce. No need to overdo the grape jelly. Its too much.

I do roughly 2 parts Chili Sauce, 1 1/2 parts Grape Jelly (I have used cranberry jelly too which is okay), Worcestershire (I don't measure but maybe 2 tablespoons), garlic powder, and chopped onions (fresh if I have some just dried if I don't).
