We were hoarding Season 6 and 7 on our DVR and just now getting around to binge watching them. We plan to finish the last two episodes tonight.
Talk about some twisted shit.
Tig and Venus....I mean how sad is it that they seem to have the healthiest relationship on this show. And I have never loved Walter Goggins more. Next, we are watching last season's Justified. WG FOREVER.
And I mean the IRONY.... that Courtney Love is the concerned pre-k teacher and the normal one. Humorous casting. And Marilyn...he fits the bill.
Okay and is it just me or is it being alluded to that Wendy and Nero could end up being a thing?
Yes I totally thought Wendy and Nero were going to hook up. If you can find it you need to watch the last after show after the finale. Drea Di Matteo cracked me up!
We binged on Seasons 1 - 6 last spring, and just watched Season 7 over the weekend. I think I'm still traumatized. That season was so violent! I pink puffy heart Marilyn, though I'm still trying to figure out where in the world his character came from -- I don't have it tin me to go back and rewatch, especially with Juice's storyline. I loved him for so long, and hated the direction they took his character.

It was so very violent, a testament to the mess things had become. I was truly stunned that Juice lasted so long, given the shit storm he was caught in. It was so unlike Gemma to leave that kind of loose end breathing. I kept expecting her to kill him all season. I cried the hardest when he was finally going out. And Jax and Nero...that Jax asked him to look after the boys and help Wendy. It was heart-breaking. In the beginning, he wanted so much for things to be different, more like J.T.. In the end, he realizes that his only way to keep the cycle from repeating is to destroy all the journals and J.T.'s manuscript and himself. But you still wonder if Gemma still managed pollute Abel's future when he is twisting the son ring on his finger. The peace and joy on Jax's face as he is ends his life, reveals how much he wants to put an end to all the suffering. I was happy there was nothing left to question as to if he died or just left. It felt right.

Oh, I so ugly cried when Juice's story ended. I pretty much cried right through to the end of the series because I was so sad. And the way he asked, and the pie. I could feel it coming the whole season, and just kept hoping it could be turned around. I'm think I'm still devastated. :-P
I'm glad Nero got out. He's also another favorites of mine. I'd love them to do a sequel down the road to see where he's at, and where Abel's at.
Thanks for the link about Marilyn. I loved his character, but I just assumed he'd come along before and I'd just missed something.

Me too, I'd love the rest of the story. Nero was a favorite of mine too. I think Abel losing everyone and remembering all this stuff, even if he doesn't understand it all, could easily be it's own series.
Thanks for indulging my SOA talk while it's all fresh!
