Did you meet your goal last week?
Sort of. I exercised twice and did some touch up painting yesterday. I think it should count because I'm more sore today from climbing the ladder than I was from the exercise I did.
One thing you are proud of: I didn't eat out at all!
One thing you regret: all the snacking I did yesterday.
What is this week's goal?
Same as last week: exercise three times, 15 minutes each. More water. No eating after 9.
Did you meet your goal last week? Yes! I went to yoga 2x and I kicked a$$ working out - runs, gym, hike and long walks.
One thing you are proud of: I tried a new yoga class. It was very different, not exactly my cup of tea, but I got a crazy good workout.
One thing you regret: I had one more glass of wine that I should have on Friday night and ended up with a bad migraine on Saturday.
What is this week's goal? Resume my usual yoga, work in my meditation again once my laptop cord arrives in the mail this week and continue to track calories. It's going to be super wet this week, so I may have to take my workouts to the gym/treadmill.

Haha. I love you. I have not used soap, despite my desperation and urge to use it. I'm going on day 3 now.
I made it to the gym. I did abs, back and chest and 20 minutes on the elliptical, which was all I could handle. H pointed out I hadn't been to the gym since before A1 was born. All my work outs post her were in our basement gym.
I did not buy the Heath bar cookies that were 2 for 1 at Publix last week. I have wanted them ever since.

Did you meet your goal last week? Halfway. I worked out a bit and drank more water.
One thing you are proud of: I went to a bday party Saturday night with allllll these yummy looking apps. I didn't eat any of them because I wanted bday cake instead.
One thing you regret: Not working out as many times as I wanted.
What is this week's goal? Same as last week. Work out more, get control of eating, drink more water.
Did you meet your goal last week? 2/3 of it. I drank lots more water and got out in nature for one of the hardest hikes in my area, but I didn't do a small form of exercise every day.
One thing you are proud of: Saturday's hike and the fact that my friend and I didn't turn around even though we kept reminding each other we could if it got too tough.
One thing you regret: I can't think of any regrets. My eating could have been better though (as always).
What is this week's goal? continue drinking more water, get out in nature for exercise at least once, do some form of exercise/movement at least 3 days this week, and minimal fried food.

Did you meet your goal last week? Sort of--exercised enough, if not more, and I was pretty good about avoiding sweets/junk food, but I drank more than I had allotted. I also stretched more than usual, but not every day.
One thing you are proud of: Getting stronger in my moves for my dance classes!
One thing you regret: I need to be better about limiting alcohol.
What is this week's goal? Keep my eating and drinking reasonable, as we'll be on vacation Wed through Sun.

Did you meet your goal last week? I did! I worked out the majority of the days last week.
One thing you are proud of: That I kept going, even on days I was sore. I had a day where I wanted to not workout because I hurt. But I did it anyway
One thing you regret: I was not as careful with my diet as I should have been. I think the workout has made my body go into "HUNGRY" mode and I just wanted to stop hunger pain.
What is this week's goal? Workout most days and watch my diet better
Did you meet your goal last week? Not really. I managed to maintain eating small meals throughout the day, but I stopped tracking calories on Thursday and then let everything go over the weekend.
One thing you are proud of: I busted ass at work. Over the weekend, my boss had a medical emergency and one of my coworkers had a death in her family. I picked up the slack.
One thing you regret: The takeout food we had over the weekend because it was all fried.
What is this week's goal? My goal is to reduce my portion sizes. I always feel like I NEED to clean my plate/bowl, so I'm going to switch to smaller plates and bowls and serve myself less. I also want to get to the gym for cardio workouts at least twice this week.
