I'm sitting in Reagan National at the moment. Our flight was supposed to leave at 11:55, quick hop to Philly, short layover, and then on to Bangor so that we could hit the road mid-afternoon to finish driving to Canada. Instead, our flight is delayed until at least 1:20, so we will miss our connecting flight, and the next flight out isn't until 9 pm. Meaning we can't hit the road until 10:30 pm. And we'll be getting into Canada at 3 am or so. Blergh. At least we have lounge access in the meantime!

pinkplasticdoll oh, that's awful! Your desk is personal space. I'm thinking of co-workers who come over and grab a drawing that's sitting on my desk. That happens frequently and isn't a big deal. I can't imagine anyone actively rummaging through my stuff. I'd be angry. Disrespectful.

I'm about to go put my laptop back together post diet coke incident. I'm going to need all the warm fuzzy thoughts for it to work perfectly. I have been spending way too much lately and I really don't want to have to buy a new laptop!
pinkplasticdoll, that would really tick me off. I might be working at a company desk, but that is 'my' company desk where I do 'my' job and nobody but me has any business rifling through it.

kaneen, I usually eat ramen when I feel like that. When I get really desperate I go for Lays potato chips. Hope you can find something that settles your stomach.
This tiny kitten doesn't even have a name...just a number But I already have two older, special-needs cats. I'm not sure adding a kitten to the mix is wise. I shouldn't have looked. (but I'm still talking to my H about how tiny and scared she is even though I know it might not be a good idea)
doglove - McDonald's doesn't usually show up on my face until two days later, depending on how much of it I eat. (I usually go for the double cheeseburger and small fries.)
Your face might be a little bit more sensitive to it right now, though, because you're changing your cleansing/moisturizing regimen. Don't lose hope, no matter what! Keep on not using soap
