Did you meet your goal(s) from last week? No. I failed at everything.
If you got sidetracked, why do you think you did? I just felt exhausted. So I do the essentials, like housechores, and nothing else. I'm disappointed in myself though
This week's goal(s)? Same as last week, 15 minutes of exercise 3 days, more water, no eating after 9. Also, no eating out.
I have yet to climb back on this wagon. I want and I hate myself that I haven't gotten back to the healthy eating and working out thing yet. Not sure what my problem is exactly, but it needs to stop.
Did you meet your goal(s) from last week? I did okay - I can't remember what my goals were. I did keep my face washed with cleanser though LOL.
If you got sidetracked, why do you think you did? If you are sticking to your goals, what is keeping you motivated? I needed some breaks so I ended up having 3 rest days last week. I think mentally and emotionally, I just needed to go home and get in the bath tub.
This week's goal(s)? Continue with yoga - I've signed up to do 2x a week. I'm working on extending my distance with running - I did 6.25 miles on Saturday so I'm hoping for a one or two good 4 and 5 mile runs this week.

Did you meet your goal(s) from last week? Partially. My eating was better, but not great. I worked out twice, which is better than nothing but not as much as I had wanted.
If you got sidetracked, why do you think you did? If you are sticking to your goals, what is keeping you motivated? I was really busy with work last week so I was tired and stressed. Hence, not a lot of energy to work out and a lot of stress eating going on.
This week's goal(s)? I need to start tracking my calories. I have healthy meals planned out but I actually need to follow through with making them. Work out 4 times.
I did not entirely meet my goals last week. I know the staff appreciation event and a couple stressful days both sidetracked me. I also know I feel significantly better when I drink more water, so I'm going to continue to do that.
I'm going to do 1-2 hikes/walks this week and drink more water. I'm going to try to eat smaller portions/a bit healthier, too.

Meh...I thought I did alright--while we drank a ridiculous amount while visiting DH's family, I ate very little, so I figured it would balance out. But I'm still up a couple pounds. Good news is that I'm currently on an antibiotic that has major negative interactions with alcohol, so for the next week, I'll be avoiding it, which always helps me lose weight. I did try to stretch while I was on vacation, but I think I pushed it a bit too far, and my hip has been bugging me since.
This week's goal: 7 hours of dance classes, 1 hour of yoga. Light stretching on at least one of my non-dance days. Healthy eating, no alcohol.
Did you meet your goal(s) from last week? My goals last week were to reduce my portion sizes and make it to the gym for cardio at least twice. I did manage to get to the gym, but I don't think I managed my portions well. I've actually gained weight If you got sidetracked, why do you think you did? If you are sticking to your goals, what is keeping you motivated? The fact that my clothes are uncomfortable is keeping me motivated and also making me feel like crap (which makes me want to eat my emotions). I'm feeling hungry and deprived and whiny.
This week's goal(s)? Start tracking calories in the hope that it will help me restrict my portions and make it to the gym at least three times.
ETA: I've definitely found that these weekly posts are helping me hold myself accountable!
Did you meet your goal(s) from last week? I think so. I'm continuing to cut carbs. It is hard thought. With my H doing this too it's a lot easier. The scale is going down. I am down 5lbs since I got back from vacation. 2 more and I'll be back to my weight before I left. Then I would like to go down 10-15 more. Honestly it's all about how I look more than what the scale says.
This week's goal(s)? Continue with the healthier diet. I am also not drinking so I know that will make a huge difference over all. Go to more Yoga classes.
I have not been exercising other than walking a bit more. It's a struggle.
The eating has been great. I don't know how much I've lost in the last three weeks but I feel a lot better. Last week I didn't drink enough water, so that is a big goal for this week.
