We'd just call that "milk" in our house, not extra. That's how much we go through a week. But my husband fills one of those jumbo glasses with chocolate milk every night. So that's a quick and easy way for you to use it up.
Otherwise what about ice cream? It won't be as thick and creamy as whole milk ice cream, but it should create a frozen dessert anyway.
