I use Neutrogena Oil Free in a blue bottle. Love it and it really similar to Clinique one.
I like this one too. Right now I'm using baby shampoo mixed with water in a spray bottle, I had eyelash extensions for years and could only use that so I just haven't gone back.
Clinique Take the Day off eye makeup remover, and another fav Lancome bi facil remover. It may be a little more but I get more product and use less because it's that effective.
I am thinking of trying Sonia Kashuk though...that good enough for half points ?
Mary Kay is the only one I've found that works consistently for me, but doesn't break me out. It's the only MK product I use, so I usually end up buying multiples at a time.
I've tried most of the drugstore brands (Almay, L'Oreal, Covergirl, Maybelline), and there must be something w my body chemistry that prohibits them from working as well at removing mascara from my face.

These are my favorites too. I prefer the balm formula of Take the Day Off.
Take the day off from Clinique is the best one of the ones Ive tried. Drugstore brands I read Ponds does a good job removing make up but I haven't tried it.
This. No cotton. I do a face massage routine. I rub the rest into my cuticles. Either I wipe off with a warm washcloth or, esp. if I'm showering, just wash my face with regular face wash.

I just got back from buying the balm formula! Been wanting to try it out. Sounds like I'm gonna like it
I use the Kroger version of the Neutrogena eye make up remover. I have really sensitive eyes and this doesn't bother them at all. I used baby oil previously.
